The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
The Oquawka Plaindealer was the second newspaper started in the county beginning in 1852 by Francis A. Dallam.
It had numerous owners throughout the years of its publication and finally moved to Biggsville by M.H. Jamison and then out of the county.
