Old Glory Flying High Again

Old Glory is flying high in the Biggsville cemetery once again. The Biggsville American Legion replaced the old flag pole with a 30 foot aluminum pole. The project was completed with a grant from the Walton Foundation.

Crop Production Services of Biggsville took receipt of the pole and with the help of David Hill and Rick Bishop of Biggsville, Bob Cravens of Gladstone, Shafer and Sons Construction and Alexander Lumber of Stronghurst the project was completed in time for the Memorial Day services. There will be a dedication of the flag pole at the Memorial Day services on Memorial Day the 29th of May.
